Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Outside! account and what happens to your data, plans, subscriptions, and retained records.

Delete from inside the app

Open Outside!, go to Profile, choose Delete account, read the warnings, confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, and submit the request. The app will sign you out after deletion completes.

Deleting your account removes or anonymizes personal app data associated with your account, cancels plans you created, removes you from plans where you were a participant, deletes profile images and submission images, and deletes the Firebase Auth account used to sign in.

Subscriptions are managed by the app stores

Deleting your Outside! account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the store account used for the purchase.

If you cannot access your account

Email support@outsidejamaica.com from the email address associated with your Outside! account and include “Delete my Outside account” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, audits, disputes, backups, or legitimate operational needs. Where practical, retained records are anonymized or stripped of direct personal identifiers.
